CoolPeopleCare, Inc. wants you to be happy with your purchase. If your product has been damaged during shipping please contact us by e-mail at customercare@coolpeoplecare.org and we will arrange to ship you a replacement at no charge.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any product purchased in CoolPeopleCare’s Shoppe within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you store credit + shipping for any returned item. CoolPeopleCare, Inc. can refund your credit card but prefer to make it up to you by providing you the quality merchandise you expect.
